The only way I can get THE BATMOBILE on the track and go as fast as I do is by the fantastic, and world-class, work of a dedicated Crew. These days due to business commitments I don’t have much time to work on THE BATMOBILE so I have to rely on my team of dedicated fanatics to keep me running at 220+mph. Top Doorslammers are extremely sophisticated machines so each Crew members has their own special job but everyone chips in at the race weekends and does a range of tasks too.'

Driver name: Peter Kapiris, steering wheel technician.

Crew Chief name: Mark Brew, there is nothing this guy can't do. He's the best asset to KBR and a hell of a nice guy to boot.

Crew name and position: Jeff Cutajar, Janitor, computer, welding, clutch grinding, mechanic, travel agent, co-tuner, social worker, bad guy, good guy, organizer… oh and they labelled him team manager.

Crew name and position: Mike Smith, the clutch man no body removes and who refits a clutch between rounds as quick as Mike and still has time for a shower ... Also, general maintenance on race car between rounds.

Crew name and position: Wayne Whitmore, is proof good things definitely come in small packages. Wayne's all over the engine after a run and he's super-fast, thorough and makes racing easier with him around. Oh... and you won't miss him he looks exactly like Chuck Norris.

Crew name and position: Narelle Roughley, reverse gear for the boss and general maintenance on race car between rounds. Responsible for our flash uniforms. Oh... and eye candy for every one.

Crew name and position: Trevor Neilson, pit manager. This man has been the best thing for our race team organizing, our pit area and transporter race day is organized by trev. He also finds time to work on car between runs.

Crew name and position: Lisa Whitmore, wife of Chuck Norris. Lisa organizes food and makes us the best coffees. Set up and pack up also.

History of the team: KBR started around 1990 racing superstock moved to doorslammer around 1996 and still currently racing in T/D Achievements: Won first nats in T/D in 1997 then in 2001 -2002 season in the Studebaker won my first championship have been the quickest and the fastest in the world previously also won and award for the most amount of testing with the least results lol I have the cert to prove it.
